Notice of Annual General Meeting

Time: 8:00 p.m. 
Place: "Cubberla Homestead", Fig Tree Pocket State School

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Mandalay Progress Association will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday 12th March 2002 at the Cubberla Homestead , Fig Tree Pocket State School. 

The business at the Annual General Meeting includes:

• The receiving of the Committee's reports and the balance sheet and statement of accounts for the preceding financial year, 
• The receiving of the auditor's report upon the books and accounts for the preceding financial year;
• The election of Committee members.

Note: Nominations for positions on the committee must be submitted to our secretary on the form attached by 7th March 2002. Please drop completed form into the locked letterbox at 28 Michelangelo Street, Fig Tree Pocket.

Fig Tree Pocket Local Plan
Following the brief formalities of the A.G.M. Councillor Jane Prentice will advise what is happening with the Fig Tree Pocket Local Plan and answer any questions you might have. The meeting can then make a decision about the association activities in relation to the Council's plan.

It is important that as many residents as possible attend so that the activities of the incoming committee can reflect the wishes of the community.
