Dear Sir/ Madam
On behalf of the Mandalay Progress Association, I wish to object to the above proposed reconfiguration of lots 1,5 & 6 on RP 78060.
The grounds of our objection are:
The performance criteria P2 of Section 5.2 is not being met as the acceptable solution A2.2 on page 320i of the Fig Tree Pocket Local Plan is not adhered to. In particular, the vehicular accesses/driveways to allotments 7, 23, 24 & 25 and possibly 8 & 22 along Fig Tree pocket Road are not limited and/or shared.
Our organisation, which represents the 300 households of the Mandalay estate, views with concern the destruction of the existing native vegetation in the setback along Fig Tree Pocket Road which would result if unlimited driveways were permitted.
