Notice of Annual General Meeting
Date: Wednesday 26th March 2003
Time: 8:00 p.m. 
Place: "Cubberla Homestead", Fig Tree Pocket State School
Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Mandalay Progress Association will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesesday 26th March 2003 at the Cubberla Homestead , Fig Tree Pocket State School. 

The business at the Annual General Meeting includes:
* The receiving of the Committee's reports and the balance sheet and statement of accounts for the preceding financial year, 
* The receiving of the auditor's report upon the books and accounts for the preceding financial year;
* The election of Committee members.

We have chosen Wednesday night because it doesn't conflict with the Cricket World Cup final on Sunday or the Academy Awards on Monday night 24th March. As the MPA is always keen for new members to join the committee and contribute to the Mandalay community, we hope to see you on Wednesday night. 

Note: Nominations for positions on the committee must be submitted to our secretary on the form attached by 19th March 2003. Please drop completed form into the locked letterbox at 28 Michelangelo Street, Fig Tree Pocket.
